To Hieu, Hanoi is like a young lady in her loving age, beautiful and simple, lovely and romantic as if it was something of love that is not easy to call by name, it just makes people see, respect and take care of her passionately. Those who have come to Hanoi, will never forget the seductive fragrance of the Alstonia plant. The sound of early mornings in Hanoi will stick to your ears; the noise of the traffic horns everywhere all the time; the famous street foods linger on your tongue; prominent landscapes considered as symbols of a thousand years of civilization still held dear in the small lanes inside the city. Born and growing up on this ground, there is a naturally love of Hanoi that is an essential part of Hieu’s blood and a piece of his heart .This love is manifested clearly in his frequent paintings of Hanoi’s cityscape.
Hieu is an active meditator, a practicing Buddhist, a black belt in Karate and instructor of Karate. Hieu is also a professional architect and the managing director of his own architectural firm.
